Policies

All items purchased in store (not special ordered, or altered in anyway) can be exchanged for an in-store credit good for future purchases on other in-store items (not special ordered). In-store credits cannot be used toward repairs. Cash refunds are only honored if written on the sales slip by an employee of Harold Finkle Your Jeweler. No cash refunds or store credits will be issued for special orders, sale merchandise or altered merchandise. All exchanges and refunds need to be accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. All Internet sales are final and cannot be returned to Harold Finkle Your Jeweler.

Diamond Upgrade Policies: Regarding loose diamonds, engagement rings, or diamond stud earrings purchased from Harold Finkle Your Jeweler, a store credit for the full purchase price can be applied to like-merchandise new purchases of at least twice the original purchase price, upon trade-in of original diamond merchandise. Original merchandise must be free from any damage or excessive wear, and must include all original certificates and receipts supplied at the time of purchase.
